In case you are looking for a job in core electronics and your embedded fundamentals are good, I would recommend DESD. As for DVLSI, though the course is good, the opportunities of jobs are relatively less.. But its your decision ultimately. In both the cases lot of efforts from your side will be required.

Both the centers are good in terms of placement, it then depends on your priority as with your rank you can get in any of the two 😀 ..

though until the third round gets finished,we can not know the final allocation is not on our first top pref. ...


But withdrew of admission happens. so there is chance for seat allocation in third round. so wait for it...

You may get DIVESD in Sunbeam,Pune or CDAC, Noida. For DVLSI you can get in TICA, Mumbai or SoftPolynomials, Nagpur. I am not sure for DESD.

I am interested for VLSI more than embedded. So I opted for DVLSI n DIVESD only while filling the forms.
So I hope I will get CDAC Pune, VLSI as per my current ranking ?

But my biggest concern is

Well you stand a good chance of getting in CDAC Pune itself for PGDVLSI.. About your 2 yr gap, your experience in IT may not help exactly to get into core VLSI, but you will get equal opportunity and rest depends on you then. 😀

I haven't had the experience of interview yet so cannot comment on that. The quality of training is good compared to other VLSI training institutes of my knowledge. As for placement, previous records show that getting in core VLSI is tougher and it will entirely depend on what you absorb from CDAC.

yes you will get bcoz pune bnaglore hyd contains the sum of seat is 100+120+70 so 290 and remaber among these peolpe will opted for vlsi aslo dvesd so you have chance for sure buddy all d best

I've got 915 for PG-DAC ! got IACSD akurdi in the first round... my pref list is:
1.ACTS pune
2.Sunbeam gultekdi
3.IACSD akurdi

can i get sunbeam in the next counselling(s)???
