Career confusion in ECE engineering

Hi,  I m 2015 passout student in Ece engineering from Pune university. Having 1 year of experience in technical  support, right now working as manual tester, 1 year of experience, still working. Dnt have any programming knowledge, want to switch job in automation testing but due to lack of programming language. Not able to get job, suggest some trending course which will last long,  atleast 10 years.. Or should I learn any programming language, if yes then which 1..
