capacitor checker

i'm wondering what is the possible method to check the capacitor....
i.m thinking of using programming c and interface to the multimeter...
my problem is....i dont know what is the suitable hardware of software i need to use...
plz help me guyz.....😀

    checking capacitor is not a difficult task you can check it by this method:-

    Firstly, read the value on capacitor for e.g.: if you take capacitor of value 50V ........uf , connect it with a power supply of less than 50V (DC only!!) the positive terminal to positive side & GND to -ve side keep them for a while and them remove ( after charging in Few sec or m Sec) then connect multimeter probes to capacitor terminals check the voltage across it if the voltages is nearby same than it is working fine...............

    If you don't have multimeter you can short the terminal of capacitor after charging( note do this method in low voltage and small size capacitor) mostly very few capacitor dies!!
