The only company I know - is HCL that gives a chance to engineers who do not have 60% consistently throughout engineering. They are constantly hiring fresh graduates. So you can try your luck there. You may also check with Mindtree Consulting because they seemed to give a chance to those with less than 60% in engineering. But I am not sure.

As Mohit said, HCL does recruit people even with year backs. I'm not sure about Mindtree, but you should look at gaining some experience in any small or big company. Adding some experience to your resume should be your first step and you should look at getting it from a small company that is willing to hire you for your skills.

You haven't told us whether you've already applied for any companies and what was your experience? Have you uploaded your resume to all the leading job portals?
