Break resistance factor

Hello mates,

Can you please give me a rough estimate for the break resistance factor for 3 pipes each one is 7 meters long and 4" diameter.
The first one is 316 stainless steel
The second one is steel ( I can't tell what is it exactly)
The third is PVC

All of these pipes are used in lift station.
