Bajaj Pulsar 350cc - Speed Demon May Launch In 2013

Bajaj, after announcing the most promising bike Pulsar 2012, has decided to bring more powerful bikes to the country. These high displacement bikes would not be the sole product of Bajaj alone but also a product of KTM. Currently, Bajaj owns around 40 percent share in KTM, the Austrian bike manufacturer known for naked street bikes throughout the world.

Bajaj promised to launch bikes ranging from 200cc to 700cc in the coming years. However, the price that these bikes would bear is definitely a matter of discussion. Bajaj is expected to lead in the race of bike manufactures which include Honda, Hero, Yamaha and Suzuki after releasing these high-end bikes to the market. On the other hand, we can say Bajaj is actually known for the Pulsar and its other segment bikes are considered to be start-ups.

Bajaj plans to put Pulsar to the true-value-for-money segment and the upcoming bikes would be fighting among other premium bikes in the market. Bajaj M.D., Mr. Rajiv Bajaj said that we share the same development process with KTM so surprisingly there may be another segment of Pulsar popping out on the roads next year. His announcement seems to be true as Bajaj is going to launch the Pulsar 350 next year.

The company is enhancing the manufacturing capacity of the Chakan plant to cope up with the demand generated among the bikers. Basically, this plant will be manufacturing Pulsars and some KTM bikes. Till date it is know that two new bikes with 350cc and 690cc cylinders will be released into the Indian market with Bajaj’s branding over next few years to come.

Bajaj even added that the new bikes would help the company raise its market share from 26 percent to around 32 percent with a view that demand for high-displacement bikes are heightening at a greater pace. So countdown for new Pulsar Mania starts now. Get ready to add a new factor to your stylish biking profile.
