Asus Unveils ZenFone Go 5.0 LTE (ZB500KL) With 13 MP Camera At INR 8,999

Asus has launched a new product in its Go-series, the ZenFone Go 5.0 LTE (ZB500KL) smartphone, in India. The new device will be available for Rs. 8,999 via e-commerce retailer Amazon as well as via offline stores. The novel smartphone comes equipped with a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) TFT touch screen display.

It is powered by a 1 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) paired with 2 GB of RAM. There is a provision for 16 GB of inbuilt storage, further expandable via microSD card (up to 128 GB).​

Asus ZenFone Go 5.0 LTE (ZB500KL) runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with the company's ZenUI on top. Fired up by a 2600 mAh battery, it comes in Black, Red, Gold, Silver and Blue variants. Measuring 14.4 x 1.1 x 7.1 cm it weighs 150 grams. On the optics front, the options include a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and a 5-megapixel front-facing snapper. The dual-SIM enabled smartphone supports 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 as connectivity features.
