Acer Iconia Tab A110 Sneaks In Computex 2012; Ready To Compete Kindle Fire

After Acer launched its #-Link-Snipped-# at Computex 2012 in Taipei, no other big announcements were expected from the company. And none came, but one when the folks at #-Link-Snipped-# fixed their eyes on two tablets that go by the name Acer Iconia Tab A110 & A210 at a display in Computex. Though we are wondering why Acer did not give out a press release, but just enough beans have been spilled around the tech town. Both these  tablets feature a quad-core Tegra 3 processor and will run Ice Cream Sandwich. While Acer Iconia Tab A110 has a 7-inch screen, A210 is a 10.1-inch one.

The A110 comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of built-in storage, while the A210 will come in two models - 8GB and 16GB. We think that Acer has built a tough competitor for Kindle Fire because of this tab's effective pricing, which will be less that $200. Both these tablets are expected to go on sale sometime in Q3. Acer fans will surely be looking forward to an update from Acer regarding these tablets.
