Xiaomi teams up with Cashify to launch Mi Exchange Program in India

Xiaomi India has brought an exciting exchange offer for smartphone buyers this winter. Starting now, any buyer who wants to buy a Xiaomi smartphone can avail a discount by exchanging their old smartphones. In collaboration with Cashify, a New-Delhi based Company, Xiaomi will offer discounts equivalent to the estimated value of the old smartphone on their smartphone lines. The offer has been recently announced by the companies via their Twitter handle -

Those who want to avail this offer have to check the depreciated value of their older smartphones on the Cashify site. After that, they have to visit any Mi Home retailer stores to buy their smartphones in exchange for their old smartphone. The discounted amount will be based on the quotation provided by the Cashify and thus, the buyer has the prior advantage to determine and check the discounted rate beforehand.

For those who can't bring their old smartphones can ask for a pickup service request from Cashify. In this case, the buyer has to pay the entire amount quoted by the Xiaomi retailers and later the Cashify team will handover the depreciated price of the smartphone to the customer. Both the methods are equally profitable and have been designed keeping in mind the diversity of the customers.

There is also an additional 1000 Rupees discount available on Xiaomi's latest flagship devices. Clubbing these two together, one can avail great discount this winter on Xiaomi smartphones. Xiaomi's Redmi Note 4 has sold millions of units and these offers will surely help in adding more buyers to the list. Surely the Chinese manufacturing giant is aiming for expanding their customer base and who knows maybe these offers will help them ahead of Samsung sooner than later. We need to wait and watch.

I am using Mi Redmi Note 3 since more than 1 yr now and quite happy with MIUI 8.
Now company rolling out MIUI9 and they are very aggressive with this . Overall exp is good , Thumps up for speed , accuracy , value for money device , nice camera quality , excellent battery backup 👍. But again recently I face charging issues 👎twice which got cleared after few hardware test as instructed by MI . Overall I will give 4.5/5 for this sturdy boy.👍
