Swipe Konnect Neo 4G helps you enjoy Android Marshmallow on a budget

Last month we talked about the #-Link-Snipped-# which was one of the cheapest Android Marshmallow smartphone we come across in a long time. Now the bar has been raised or should we say lowered with the Swipe Konnect Neo 4G. The Swipe Konnect Neo 4G costs just Rs. 2,999 and if you decide to buy it now then you can apply a coupon code ‘SWIPE150’ and get an additional Rs.150 off. This makes the effective price Rs. 2,849. The Swipe Konnect Neo 4G is available exclusively on ShopClues.

The Swipe Konnect Neo 4G has bargain basement specs. The spec list starts with a small 4inch WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) resolution display. It also misses protective glass covering in order the save costs. The Swipe Konnect Neo 4G has a 1.5GHz quad-core processor and 512MB of RAM to run Android Marshmallow. The specs seem inadequate for multi-tasking but would suffice for basic use. The Swipe Konnect Neo 4G has an internal memory of 4GB and you get a microSD card slot for memory expansion to up to 32GB. We however aren’t sure if Swipe allows you to run apps from microSD card. The Swipe Konnect Neo 4G is a dual SIM smartphone and it also 4G VoLTE.

The Swipe Konnect Neo 4G has a 5MP camera on the rear with LED flash. On the front it has a 1.3MP camera. The Swipe Konnect Neo 4G is powered by a 2000mAh battery and the spec list on the product page does not mention if it is user-removable or not. The sole sensor on the Swipe Konnect Neo 4G is the G-Sensor. The Swipe Konnect Neo 4G supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and microUSB connectivity.
