These monotonous bugs (in layman terms: questions) could soon be killed with a bright solution based on core results released by Human Factors And Ergonomic Society. In simple terms, the era demands collaborative works and work from home feature to be enabled. Previously, a project with a definite objective used to be associated with only an organization or their partners. But now, due to large scale advancements in futuristic technology, product design, and brand new approach in research sectors revolutionized the idea and started to connect people through various platforms.

In this way, the plethora of systems have grown and now they all seem to care about the features one would look for, before investing. A Georgia Tech Engineering Psychology grad team, consisting of Lauren E. Marguileux and 6 others with the help of a senior user-experience engineer came up with a revised document that enlists all the free web applications that boast of a higher number of “stars”. They took out each application, tested all the basic functions along with flagship contents and released a report according to that.

For example, the team judged Skype in terms of its video conferencing tool and instant messaging application function. The Number of applications present for evaluation was 20 ( including Google Drive, Skype, Doodle Poll, Gmail, Windows Hotmail, CoSketch, and DropBox ) and each was put under the screening method concerning 10 factors which include responsivity, feedback, user accessibility, bug detection methods, flexibility, efficiency and aesthetics. All of them in conjunction resulted in a statistical documentation that was deployed as per the category.

The ultimate result has given four important verdicts which are noted down below: (All of the four provides the best in their genre)

1. Cisco WebEx in terms of real time texts exchanging system
2. Google Calendar for providing virtual calendar
3. Doodle in terms of events scheduling and notification
4. Zoho Docs for scripting and editing.
