iVooMi Me 1 and iVooMi Me 1+ smartphones with 4G VoLTE unveiled, starting at Rs 3,999

Another Chinese manufacturer iVoomi in an attempt to capture the lucrative Indian smartphone market has launched two budget Android smartphones, the iVooMi Me 1 and iVooMi Me 1+ priced at Rs 3,999 and Rs 4,999 respectively. Both the smartphones offer dual Sim with 4G VoLTE support and decent specifications at a very affordable price point. The pricier iVooMi Me 1+ is available in rose gold color while the iVooMi Me 1 is available in black color options. The smartphones will be up for sale via the e-commerce website #-Link-Snipped-#, with exciting launch offers, starting today midnight.

In terms of specifications, the more affordable iVooMi Me 1 smartphone comes with a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720p) IPS display with 2.5D curved glass on the top for protection. Under the hood, it has got a 1.2 GHz Quad-Core processor paired with 1GB of RAM and 8 GB internal storage which is expandable by up to 128GB using a microSD card.

On the camera front, the iVooMi Me 1 has got a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and another 5-megapixel sensor on the other side for selfies and video chats. For connectivity, there is Dual SIM with 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, FM radio and micro-USB port.
The iVooMi Me 1 runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box but will be upgradable to Android 7.0 Nougat. It is backed by a 3,000mAh battery with fast charging support.

On the other hand, the costlier iVooMi Me 1+ smartphone features the same 5-inch HD IPS display with 2.5D curved glass on the top for protection. Powering it is the 1.2 GHz quad-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM alongside 16GB of onboard storage with support for storage expansion by up to 128GB using microSD card.

On the optics front, the iVooMi Me 1+ gets a bigger 8-megapixel camera sensor on the back accompanied by a LED flash and 5-megapixel snapper on the front for selfies. The iVooMi Me 1+ smartphone offers the same connectivity options as the iVooMi Me 1 and also runs the last year's Android 6.0 Marshmallow (upgradable to Android 7.0 Nougat) out of the box. The entire package is backed by a 3000mAh battery with support for fast charging.
