Intex Aqua Note 5.5 With Android Nougat and 4G VoLTE Costs Rs. 5,799

Intex Technologies is back with another smartphone this Thursday. The Intex Aqua Note 5.5 was launched today with a price tag of Rs. 5,799. The Intex Aqua Note 5.5 is yet another smartphone from the company trying its very best to compete with Chinese brands like Xiaomi who have managed to control the market with budget offerings like Redmi 4 and Redmi 4A. The Intex Aqua Note 5.5 does try to up the game in some aspects but does this smartphone have what it takes to make a difference? Let’s find out in the following paragraphs.

The Intex Aqua Note 5.5 as the name suggests has a 5.5inch HD resolution IPS panel display with an unnamed glass protection. The Intex Aqua Note 5.5 has a MediaTek MT6737 chipset underneath the hood that houses a 1.25GHz quad-core processor, Mali T720 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The Intex Aqua Note 5.5 runs Android Nougat 7.0 which is a big advantage over Redmi smartphones which mainly run Android Marshmallow. The Intex Aqua Note 5.5 has an internal memory of 16GB and you are allowed to expand the storage to up to 128GB with the help of microSD cards.

The Intex Aqua Note 5.5 has an 8MP camera on the rear with flash and a 5MP camera on the front with flash. The cameras on the Intex Aqua Note 5.5 are supplied by Samsung which is a plus point for the smartphone. The Intex Aqua Note 5.5 is powered by a 2800mAh battery that is claimed to offer 500 hours of standby and 10 hours of talk time. The Intex Aqua Note 5.5 comes with connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, microUSB and Bluetooth 4.0. You can find gravity, proximity, light and gyroscope sensors on the Intex Aqua Note 5.5. The Intex Aqua Note 5.5 will be available in retail stores soon in Champagne colour variant.
