Intex Aqua 5.5 VR: Front Flash, Android Marshmallow & VoLTE For Rs. 5099

Just a day after unveiling the Intex Aqua S2 Surfaces Online With Fingerprint Sensor & Android Marshmallow For Rs. 4990, Intex has launched another smartphone called the Aqua 5.5 VR. This VR focused smartphone costs Rs. 5099 has some pretty decent features. The Intex Aqua 5.5 VR has a camera feature called Smart Selfie, which refers to the front flash for the 5MP camera. This will help to light up your selfies in low light or during the night. The Intex Aqua 5.5 VR is powered by a 2800mAh battery that offers a talk time of 5 hours and 200 hours of standby.

The Intex Aqua 5.5 VR sports a 5.5inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) resolution display which has a pixel density of 269ppi. Underneath the hood we have an unspecified chipset that houses a 1.3GHz quad-core processor and 1GB of DDR3 RAM. This setup is less than ideal to run Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). The internal memory of the Intex Aqua 5.5 VR predictably stands at 8GB and you do get the option of expanding that storage to up to 32GB with the help of microSD cards. The cameras on the Intex Aqua 5.5 VR are average. You get a 5MP sensor on the rear with LED flash and as we mentioned earlier another 5MP sensor with flash on the front.
