Google Glass Gets Better Photos With This Month’s Update

Our favorite wearable technology, the Google Glass as you might be aware gets monthly software updates. This month’s update is however focused on the most important function of the Google Glass, photography. The update now makes sure that multiple photos are taken rapidly when you take a picture and the best one is chosen. This means it will now be easier to capture photos in low light as the Glass will automatically detect light conditions and capture a brighter and sharper picture. High-dynamic-range imaging (HDR) has also been implemented in this update to make sure that the images are not over-bright.

Another small addition is the voice captioning of photos. While you are planning to share your photos on social networking sites, the Glass will ask you if you want any captions to go with the image. All you have to do is tap the touchpad and speak the caption that will be saved with the photo.

I love the way Google puts it - "You no longer have to be afraid of the dark."
Google has made updates such that their software works even in tough situations where there are moving subjects. Some of the photos they've captured and shared on Google+ are absolutely stunning. See these -Screen-Shot-2013-06-04-at-4.10.32-PM-730x535
