Pros and cons? A 20 MP selfie camera is equipped to win the hearts of shutterbugs. The phone sports a 6-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) IPS display with Amigo 4.0 GUI overlay. As expected, the phone runs on Android version 7.0 Nougat. Having a core of MediaTek Helio P25 octa-core SoC with a clock speed up to 2.6 GHz, the phone clubs a compatible 4GB RAM.

Talking about its camera, the phone gives an update to its #-Link-Snipped-# by allowing a 20 MP selfish snapper with an f/2.0 aperture, 1/2.8-inch sensor, and a selfie flash. On the flip side, the rear panel proffers a dual camera setup, with a 13 MP AF module with a 1/3.06-inch sensor clubbing an f/2.0 aperture and a 5 MP FF module with an f/2.2 aperture. The phone houses a 4550 mAh battery.

Connectivity wise, it is well built with contemporary networking options such as 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, mirco USB with OTG and comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack. The Gionee A1 Plus offers enough internal storage of 64 GB to support its hybrid dual nano-SIM concept but if you choose to opt an external storage sacrificing the dual facility, then you might get your hands on a humongous 256 GB external storage.

The phone is pricey if we compare it with the March-launched Gionee A1 having a price of Rs. 19999. Also the newcomer will only available offline for now. However with a little tweak and enhancements in camera module might save its head from getting drown. The phone will come in Mocha Gold and Black colour variants.
