Roles & Responsibilities
1.Excellent understanding of HR, office administration and people management.
2.Should be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, recruitment and closure of right technical candidates.
3.Should be responsible for housekeeping, vendor management, stationary, purchases and other admin related activities.
4.Should be responsible for payroll activities, statutory compliances, employee personal and all other confidential data or information.
5.Should be comfortable using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other technologies related to HRMS.
6.Should have the passion to explore and keep enhancing skills.
7.Should have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
8.Should be able to think out of the box innovative solutions.
9.Should have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
10.Should have excellent vendor interaction skills.
