Difference between Autonomous & Automated cars ?
Nowadays we can see a variety of cars with new transitions and features which could fit perfectly for its rider. But there is a little problem which most people face to decide whether a car is autonomous or automated. If you look for the meaning of autonomous in wikipedia, it'll say "unmanned ground vehicle is a vehicle that is capable of sensing its environment and navigating without human input", but take this into account when you are defining an autonomous car, wouldn't it sound like a car which can do whatever it wants. We can take an example for that, its like you have decided to go to an amusement park but your car takes you to a beach resort. If we call it an autonomous vehicle, then it no longer takes order unlike an automated vehicle which follows the path we decide. So how are they both different and the cars we use nowadays, are they automated or autonomous?
