Can robots replace teachers in the future ?
I read this in an article a while ago where they were talking about how there is a chance robots might replace teachers in the near future. Based on the reports from World Economic Forum, there is a possibility that 7 million people will lose there jobs because of automation, however 2 million jobs will also be created. Its pretty obvious that even though robots become capable of becoming teachers, the job they would be suitable is as assistant because teaching students is not something a robot can handle, specially things like sensing the emotions of a child and showing empathy... This is not something a robot is good for. But as an assistant it can keep tabs on students progress reports and information about their day to day routines since this way teachers get to spend much more time with students.
