Hyundai Accent Hatch back launched in USA

Currently the 2011 New York Auto Show is probably the most happening place to be at and justifying it are the next generation models of many existing cars being showcased. First the Nissan Versa a.k.a Nissan Sunny and now the 2012 Hyundai Accent which is also known as the new Hyundai Verna.

It has appeared at the ongoing International show and from the company’s end the official press release is also available now.The amazing part besides the new looks and technical specifications, is the fact that the car has been showcased in hatchback as well as sedan models.

The most highlighted feature of this car is its remarkable fuel efficiency which as per claims made by the company , is best in its class. From the technical pint of view it sports a 1.6 Liter Gamma petrol heart which produces a maximum power of 138 BHP coupled with a standard 6 speed manual transmission. With a rated fuel efficiency of 12.75 KMPL for city conditions and 17 KMPL for highway, the car definitely carries to power to impress new buyers.

nother very important thing disclosed at the show about the car is the pricing which remains unchanged and with this news the car probably gets the edge over many others from its segment.

The top end petrol variant with a 1.6 Liter engine is priced at $16,800 which calculates to Rs. 7.9 Lakh.
