Quitting MNC To Join A Startup

I've recently had few of my friends give up their cushy MNC IT jobs to join startups in the product domain. Their main decision maker was 'the missing challenge'. I know that these guys are talented and they are capable of coding like a ninja. It seems that the startups they'll be joining will give them ESOPs as well as make them work on the tougher challenges.

Quitting a job to join a startup company can be an exciting experience. Has anyone done it among our CEans?

I was instrumental in one person recently quitting a cushy place and start up a new venture and a new concept product in mobile health from ground up.
Now his wife may also quit her job and help him in the venture. For my own health I fervently wish them to succeed. Else both may be hunting for me with a horse whip!

His workplace is his own garage (he is an avid vintage car guy and gets about in an old Land Rover that he reconditioned complete with winch and all), which he has converted into a workplace. I have already sent him the link to your post asking people to post pictures of their workplace. He is putting together an album to post on CE.
I really want him to succeed. What he is dreaming to make will bring cardiac care to rural India and reduce load on urban hospitals.
On-board real time cardiac monitoring, on board expert system for diagnosis and real time uploading to remote specialist are some things being looked at. Way over my head.

He prefers to reveal himself, I think. I do not know what name he has registered in CE.
He said that the civil works are just being finished and that he will put up the pics shortly.

    Hi Kaustubh,
I have a question and i need your suggestion. I hope you will guide me.

I am having overall 3 years exp in software development.
I recently joined one MNC( Organization A)and took 1st month salary. After 10 days, I got very good offer from other MNC(Organization B).
Total I served 1.5 months in Organization A.

Now I am planning to join Organization B, since I have very good offer there.

But in Organization A, I am not serving any notice period. ( i dont have any bond in Organization A) and simply i moved without informing them.

Now my question - Do I face any issues in my latest Organization B and will it impact my career ?

simply i moved without informing them.
Any specific reason why you moved without informing them? If it is not too late, you can still let them know, right? Better safe than sorry.
There's nothing that they will do, if you don't have a bond, but why take an unnecessary risk?
