Xolo Win Q1000 with Windows 8.1 OS launched in India at Rs 8499
With the Mobile World Congress (MWC) imminent, every mobile company is on a launching spree. After launching the Xolo Q520s Features A Metallic Finish Body And 1820 mAh Battery Inside last month, this month the Indian mobile maker Xolo has come forward and launched the Xolo Win Q1000 which is the Windows variant of its Xolo Q1000 which runs on Android 4.2 JellyBean. Most of the technical aspects of Q1000 and Win Q1000 are same but it is also fair to say that Win Q1000 is the better counterpart.
Xolo Win Q1000 is a dual sim phone with 5-inch HD screen. The display of the phone is IPS and has the One Glass Solution (OGS) technology which allows the display to be thinner than usual (8.8 mm). Its processor is the quad-core 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor. It works on 1 GB RAM and has an Adreno 302 GPU. With 1 GB of RAM, there are some speculations around that say the phone will eventually get the Windows 10 update.
The phone has got an 8 megapixel rear camera with PureCel sensor, LED flash and the aperture of f/2.0. The front camera of the phone is 2 megapixel. It has got the internal storage of 8 GB which is expandable upto 32 GB courtesy the microSD card. It has got a big 2200 mAh battery that can provide 500 hours of standby time on 3G and 12 hours of continuous talktime. The connectivity options of the phone are Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, WLAN, A-GPS, and USB.
