Which Field or Specialization in MBA is best for B.Tech Student?

Someone just asked me via email to answer this query.

The guy wrote:
"which field of mba is best for engineers? how to decide which field in MBA has more scope for B.Tech studnts? should civil & mech engineers choose operations management and CS students go for marketing & advertising?"
It seems that a lot of engineering students are clueless or confused about their MBA specialization and end up choosing what their friends are choosing or what their seniors and friends recommend.

Would like to know from engineers here, do you think that if your engineering degree can go hand-in-hand with the MBA, that's the best thing?
