Whether MS in germany or Mtech or job

After a year experience in core company (Mechanical) is it a better option to do the masters.
If yes then India or Germany? depending upon job opportunities

You haven't mentioned the reasons you wish to opt for masters. I'd however recommend two years of experience and a VERY GOOD GRE score before you opt for a foreign University. Go for it ONLY when you get the University that has a proven record of placements.

Whether you should opt for MS / M.Tech or / Continue in existing job would be decided by your long-term career goals. It's the time you decide what you want to do and achieve in your career. General aspiration like 'more money' won't really help. Try to be as specific as you can.

I can surely help you; but without knowing about your background and other details it's difficult to offer meaningful suggestions. I'd recommend using our Career Guidance app; which lets you discuss your current situation, problems, questions and doubts privately with us. The service costs only Rs. 699. It's an introductory price that's likely to change in near future.

Head over to #-Link-Snipped-# and choose career guidance app. Registration is 100% free.
