  You are working on a limited capital and it's very important for you to take your steps carefully. Because you are entering into services domain, you need to fathom the demand for your services; and survey is the best thing to do.
  
  Check with the people who'd be your target clients and find out their needs that you can fulfill in a better, faster and cheaper ways. That should get you started.
  
  You may even offer very specialised services based on your skills-set and domain knowledge and charge your customers a premium. It totally boils down to what you are bringing to the table for your potential clients.
