Twitter Makes It Super Easy To Follow Engaging Replies On Tweets

Many first time Twitter users are initially clueless about how the system of tweeting, replying or direct messaging works, but playing around the app for some time makes you familiar and soon you find yourself endlessly tweeting stuff up. Twitter engineers have identified the problem that when some tweet gauge a lot of attention (in the form tweet replies) it become difficult for readers to keep track of them. In the latest update, Twitter has changed how conversations are shown on the Tweet page so they’re easier to follow. They have achieved this by grouping conversations about a tweet together and highlighting the most interesting exchanges (which we believe are the ones with more favourites/re-tweets) about a given Tweet right below that Tweet.

For bubbling the most interesting tweet replies, Twitter will take many different factors into account. For instance, if the original account has replied, that will be highlighted. On the visual end, all the tweets of one conversation group will be shown connected by a single line. To seethe replies of a specific Tweet within a conversation users can click “View other replies”.

This new feature is being rolled out to all Twitter users gradually. As of now, the feature will only be visible on accessing Twitter via desktop, but we can expect to see it on the Android, Windows and iOS apps in the recent future.
