Trakdot Luggage Tracker Gives You Peace Of Mind While Flying

Around the globe, aircraft passengers have the constant fear of their luggage being lost. Although airlines try to get it back to you as soon as possible but doing it via the proper channels does take some time and within that time you lose your calm worrying about it. So considering this problem, GlobaTrac, a Los Angeles based company has come up with Trakdot Luggage Tracker. This card-sized, black and orange coloured device uses cellular network to send location information. Once powered by two AA batteries and paired with any phone it stays on in your luggage at ground level and switches itself off after it reaches a certain altitude. Once back on ground it switches itself on and sends a message or an e-mail to your phone stating its location. iOS and Android apps are on the way which will allow smartphone users to pin point their luggage location.
