To improve the starting torque of 3 phase induction motor as per BIS requirement.

Project Abstract / Summary : To design an induction motor as per BIS for improvement of starting torque in a 3 phase induction motor. In V8 3 phase induction motor due to lake of requirement of starting torque in result damage of winding.This project also includes the simulation, new designed motor model and the performance analysis of the said motor. The improvement can be obtained in different ways, to select the best and the optimum way to get the required output.

Why did you choose to work on this project topic : Because we had took training in 'Falcon pump Pvt. Ltd.' and we found this problem is affect efficiency of motor and this problem is high sensitive in rural area where voltage fluctuation and variation in voltage is more. Then we found various benefits of solution of this problem and done more analysis regarding this problem and various solution of this project. One more thing is this area of project is our most interested field of work so we can work in this project with our best and maximum potential.
