Teewe Windows Phone App Introduced

Teewe has been one of the most successful products to come out of India, when it comes to competing the bigger players such as Google's Chromecast (or Apple TV or Roku or Amazon Fire) in the domain of a compact device that lets you stream media to your television wirelessly. Until now, Teewe's HDMI Dongle had apps working on Android, iOS, Windows 8 (+earlier & above to it), Linux as well as Mac OS machines. The folks at Mango Man Consumer Electronics Pvt. Ltd are behind Teewe and they have now added another big piece of the puzzle to their game by introducing a Windows Phone app for Teewe.

The companion app for the Teewe HDMI Dongle lets the user play YouTube videos and display images/videos on your phone or laptop on a bigger screen in your home wirelessly (over local Wi-Fi network). With the Teewe app installed on your Windows phone, now you can play, pause, move to previous or forward and control volume right from your palm. Moreover, there's option to search stuff on the dongle. If that's not all, Teewe app makes sure that everyone in the room can control the content on the TV as long as they are on the same Wi-Fi network.

If you are wondering about the price, know that the Teewe Dongle is available for Rs. 2399 and the Windows app just likes its Android and iOS app versions is free for download on the respective app stores.
