I am currently doing Undergraduate Course in E&TC 3rd year in Pune
which language should I study any programming language ..
objective c and python are good option since I am in E&TC Eng..please suggest

Nayan GoenkaC is basic and good. You can learn C/C++. JAVA is a good option too. Python/Perl/JS they are more into scripting. C/C++ and JAVA are basics of most of them. You master them, you can learn any language in future easily. -
Jeffrey ArulrajWell one thing if you want to become master of hardware then it will be great if you master Verilog or Xilinx
And for networks try to master NS2 simulation all these are purely oriented to Elec and communication field And worth a try
