I am not good in coding. but I want to do android programming. how I will be able to do that?

You can learn programming while developing android apps. Start from Developer Guides | Android Developers and follow the online tutorials. If you get stuck anywhere you can always ask questions on CrazyEngineers in our CS/IT/Networking section.
You may even follow videos available online to learn the Android development basics. Programming is a skill and you will get better at it as you keep practicing. -

I'd say you should start understanding programming with C and C++ and then migrate to Java; which would be required for Android Programming. Recently, Google has included support for C and C++ programming languages for Android Development.
