Helios Entertainment shall be employing its resources to produce its first project in the form of a multi-platform interactive media, a graphic novel named The Inventor, which mainly revolves about the life of Nikola Tesla. Once the novel starts picking up pace, many more developments could be thought of, like a game, an app, or even a movie. Ravé Mehta of the Mehta Group, a parent division of Helios Entertainment, hopes to take this concept across several platforms, and chirps in that Tesla is hailed a hero by him.
The comic books stresses less on the 'inspirational' part, with more focus lent on the friction between Tesla and Edison, and also his hostility towards financier J.P. Morgan. The graphic novel contains six episodes, and shall be published by comic publisher Arcana. Reportedly the release shall be in time for the July ComicCon 2012 convention.
Also check out Oatmeal's comic which believes Tesla is the greatest geek who ever lived, and at the same time calls Edison a douchebag. We would like to know what the readers think of this.
