NASA Engineers Plan For Traffic Jam On Mars With Science Rover

NASA engineers are busy developing a Curiosity-like rover for Mars. The new rover is expected to make it to the red planet by 2020 and the hints of development being in full swing were dropped at the  American Geophysical Union conference in San Francisco. The new machine will be based on Curiosity and called 'Science Rover'.

The total cost of the Science Rover project is estimated to be about $1.5 billion. The new rover will become a part of NASA's multi-year plan for Mars exploration. We also hear that India's ISRO is planning to land their bot on the distant planet in coming months. We expect more countries to launch their own Mars exploration programs and hope that by the time humans land on Mars, we won't see traffic jams on the red roads.
