MyNoticePeriod.com -> Hiree.com

Bangalore based mynoticeperiod.com has now become Hiree.com. The company began offering job offers to the employees who are currently serving their notice period with the current employer. Hiree.com will now also open its system to all the job seekers irrespective of what stage of employment they are.

The startup has recently raised venture capital of about 18 crores in series A funding from IDG Ventures India. The startup says that they made it easier for the employers to find the job seekers because their system comprises of serious job seekers.

The startup differentiates itself by not going after building a huge database of millions of candidates. The startup will only focus on the candidates who are looking for new opportunities and are available for joining very fast. Of course this database will include all the candidates who are currently serving their notice period.

The company also claims that they have about 12,000 employers registered on the site which indicates that there's a huge opportunity.
