LG L65 Launched In Russia For 7490 Roubles - Features Android Kitkat And Dual-Core Processor

LG - the South Korean tech giant, has come up with a new smartphone titled 'LG L65' and gone live with it on its Russian website. Powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor, the L65 runs the latest version Android V4.4 (Kitkat) operating system and features a 4.3 inch IPS display with a WVGA resolution (480×800 pixels). On the storage front - the smartphone packs inside it 1 GB RAM and 4GB of internal storage that can be further expanded up to 32GB using the microSD card slot. Featuring Dual-SIM support, the LG L65 smartphone brings in 5 megapixel camera on the rear end with autofocus, but no LED Flash. Users can aim the lens and adjust the depth of field with a 9-point AF. The front camera has a 0.3 megapixel resolution.

As we take a look down the specifications list - we find the network and connectivity options include - Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/AGPS, EDGE/GPRS, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, microUSB and 3G. Adorned by a polished metallic frame, the LG L65 smartphone packs inside it a removable 2100 mAh battery. Weighing just 126 gms, the L65 has dimensions of 127.2×66.8×9.6mm and is available in two colors - Black & White.

Other than the technical specifications, among the innovative features that accompany this smartphone, the prominent one includes - LG’s proprietary Knock Code feature. A secure password system based on the point touching the screen. Users can have a combination of unique password ranging from 2 to 8 touches and be easily implemented in any part of the display even with one hand. Among other useful features of the smartphone, there's QSlide, QMemo, guest mode and Tooltips. Users can also save a web page as a whole in a screenshot. Pick and choose the scale and boundaries of the page to save.

In the smart buffer mode, users can simultaneously store multiple elements, each of which can then be called from the clipboard, and used to insert into a document. The availability of LG's smart cover QuickWindow - provides with instant access to the clock, weather, music, allows to accept or reject the call, and even to shoot at the camera without opening the cover.
