In a new teaser image shared on Twitter, it has come to the light that Lenovo K4 Note, the K3 Note's successor is launching in India soon. Sources have confirmed that the official unveiling shall take place somewhere around January 2016. After the smashing success of Lenovo K3 Note Launched In China - Specs, Features And Price, the phablet that has already crossed the one million mark in sales, the company is poised to bring about its successor. The company has been successful so far in keeping the K4 Note's specifications and features under the wraps, but it won't be wrong to expect them to surpass the ones that came with K3 Note.

Lenovo India posted a tease image with the tagline - "KillerNote, A New Age Dawns" on its official Twitter account. This led to the speculations that the phone could be the much expected K4 Note. After that, it was not long before the company officials confirmed that it indeed was the Lenovo K4 Note.

Though not much can be derived from the image, it can be said that the K4 Note would come wrapped in a brushed metallic frame. Similar to the Vibe X3, this one too features a fingerprint sensor just below the rear camera. A glass or metal back is also being rumoured.

In the teaser image, one can also spot the volume rocker buttons and power ON/OFF button along with a microUSB slot and a microphone jack.

To give you a flash back, the K3 Note features a 5.5 inch Full HD display, Android Lollipop OS with Vibe UI, a 1.5 GHz Octa Core CPU, 2 GB RAM, and 16 GB internal memory. The front and rear cameras were 5 MP and 13 MP respectively. The smartphone is still available for purchase via Flipkart for a price of Rs. 9999.

With K3 Note, it was the killer set of specifications against its pocket-friendly pricing, that made it one of the top favorites in the country in 2015. As the teaser image has been released only just now, we expect a lot of rumours about the K4 Note's specifications to follow before the eminent January 2016 launch.

Till then, let us know your thoughts about the K4 Note launch and the expectations from the device via comments below.
