Kinect For Windows Arrives In India, Priced at Rs.19,990 For Developers

Previously we had announced the #-Link-Snipped-# and #-Link-Snipped-# of Kinect For Windows. At that time, this product was restricted to some countries. But now finally the product has made it to India and will be available exclusively to developers. The price of this device has been fixed at 19990 rupees and the SDK can be downloaded freely from its website.

Coders must be really pleased to get this as now by using the Kinect for Windows SDK they can develop applications by using C++, C# and Visual Basic. The latest version of the SDK offers skeletal tracking, seated position tracking and improved speech recognition. Interested buyers can head over to the Microsoft site to place an order or contact the nearest reseller. Windows Developer Toolkit is also available for the users.
