Back in November, Karbonn had launched a banner on its official website featuring its new smartphone called the - Karbonn Titanium X. The 5-inch smartphone has a FHD IPS Display with 1920x1080 pixel resolution. The Titanium X smartphone sports a tagline that reads - "A chance to enhance" on its promotional banner. The phone features Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system and bears a 13 megapixel camera with auto-focus and dual-LED flash. Powered by the 1.5GHz Quad Core processor, the Karbonn Titanium X tech specs list a 5 megapixel front camera appropriate for making video calls. Interestingly, Karbonn has become one of the first to introduce NFC support with the Titanium X smartphone. With competitors such as the Micromax Canvas Turbo A250 and Gionee Elife E6 in India, Karbonn seems to be all geared up to face its rivals.

The smartphone has dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) with support for one micro-SIM card, and one regular-sized SIM card. The storage in the phone includes 16GB of ROM, which is further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card and 1 GB RAM. Deriving its power from a 2300mAh battery, which according to the company delivers up to 6 hours of talktime, and up to 240 hours of standby time. The Karbonn Titanium X includes a host of sensors that include proximity sensor, G sensor, magnetic sensor, gyro sensor, and light sensor.

Unlike any other smartphone in the market, the Karbonn Titanium X enables the Generation X to live life in the fast lane and discover more into their social interactions.”

“With the Titanium X we want people to experience the best smartphone experience at the best affordable pricing. We are confident that the Karbonn Titanium X will bring a new definition to the smartphone experience and alongside pave way for us to take the next big step in smartphone innovation; one to redefine the smartphone market of the country”, he added.

The current price in India tag for the Karbonn Titanium X is Rs. 18,490. We would recommend you to wait for some reviews before going ahead and buying this smartphone.
