Karbonn Smart Tab-2 ICS Tablet Launched - Upgradeable To Jelly Bean, Costs Rs 6,990.

Shopping sites have proved their importance this time on the domestic turf. According to the listings on Snapdeal, Karbonn has come up with a new tablet called as Smart Tab-2. This tablet will be running Android 4.0.3 (Ice Cream Sandwich) out of the box and can be upgradable to Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) once the company rolls out the update. The 7 inch capacitive LCD display has a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and supports up to 5 multi touch points. Under the hood it packs a 1.2 GHz Xburst processor and 512 MB RAM. It has a 2MP camera in the front. It has an internal memory of 4GB and the external memory can be expanded by using microSD cards of up to 32GB.

The tablet supports WCDMA/CDMA EVDO via USB Dongle. In terms of connectivity it has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and HDMI port. Its 3700mAh battery provides music playback of upto 25 hours, video playback of upto 8 hours and upto 7 hours of internet browsing. It comes preloaded with Karbonn Apps and Android Marketplace. This tablet is available for Rs 6,990 at Snapdeal and will be available in stores soon. Previously, Karbonn had unveiled its #-Link-Snipped-# tablet at the beginning of this month.
