Identification of Stainless Steel Grade

How to identify the Stainless steel Grade by its composition ?
Example:
Carbon: 0.24 MAX
Silicon: 0.95-1.25
Manganese: 0.5-0.9
Antimony: 0.02-0.09
Aluminium: 0.35 MAX
Phosphorus: 0.015-0.02
Sulphur: 0.02 MAX
Others: 0.5 MAX

Can We determine the Stainless steel Grade(as per ASTM standard) by Considering the above composition ?
