HTC Desire XDS Tech Specs Offer 5 MP Camera On Dual SIM Android, Price In India Is Rs. 16,089

It has happened again. A product gets listed online even before its official launch to give us a preview to what the phone has to offer. HTC’s Desire XDS has now been listed online on Saholic[dot]com at an price of Rs. 16,089. This mid end handset comes with a 4 inch Super LCD screen with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. The phone runs a slightly outdated Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) with the company’s Sense 4 skin on it. The phone is powered by a 1 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor with an unusual 768 MB of RAM. The phone comes with a 5 MP rear camera with auto focus and LED flash but misses out on a front camera.

The phone comes with 4 GB of external storage which can be expanded to up to 32 GB. The company in a tie up with Dropbox provides an additional online storage of 25 GB. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and A-GPS and micro USB. Being an HTC device, the smartphone is also loaded with Beats Audio integration. For the meanwhile we cannot tell you about the claimed battery life of the phone but we can say that it has a Li-Ion 1650 mAh battery which is pretty average. The packaging is also minimalistic as it contains the handset, battery, charger and user guide and users must be disappointed to see that even a basic headset is not being provided with the phone let alone a data cable.
