How to calculate Feeder losses

Hi,

I've a feeder of 33kV consisting of almost 50 generators with rating of each generator of 800kW. The generators are connected at diff locations compiling up to one feeder.

The feeder ends to a substation where it steps up from 33kV to 220kV. What datas do I need to calculate the overall feeder losses?

Also please tell me, What is PLF (def and fullform) and Load Loss Factor ?
