How can a camera transmit the images it has taken

I am designing a traffic light with a red light camera but I am finding difficulty in transmitting the images stored when the camera takes the picture.(telecommunications come into play) can be on a server or a cloud for access instantly. Please help me with ideas#-Link-Snipped-#
