Google Wallet Lets You Send Money As Gmail Attachments

The Google IO keynote ended well with many exciting features and services announced and released already. Google Wallet had a new amazing announcement which seems like a total win. You must have used Gmail for attaching documents or photos or any type of files and sent them to concerned people. But now that is old school. Google is planning to roll out a service that would let you send money to people as Gmail Attachments. No, seriously! As you compose a new message, you would have to find the '$' sign at the bottom and then you can enter the amount you want to send. After entering, you attach the amount and send it. You could also receive money from others.

This new feature could give a small competition to PayPal and make them lose a few transactions. You can send money to anybody by using Google Wallet (Credit/Debit Card) and Gmail, even if the other person doesn't have a Gmail address. If this seems to be too good to be true, then check out the video by Google below.

Another smart feature which could be a game changer in online transactions. Money transfer never sounded so good. The above video sums it all up and shows you how easy it would be to send and receive money from people. Would you prefer transferring money through Gmail over the conventional methods?
