DataFly App Lets You Digitize All Your Official Documents & Keeps Them Safe On The Cloud

DataFly is an app developed for the Lenovo Thinkpad that lets you digitize all your official documents such as ID proof, Address proof and even Passport photos and stores them on the cloud. Tackling the problem of repetitive photo-copying of all the documents, Integrated Ideas has come up with a solution that lets you have all the digital documents in one place such that they can be accessed whenever necessary. Using the DataFly app, users can submit the digital document for eSubmission such as for applying Digital Signatures for your software or for websites or for payment Gateway application. You can then download your documents and print them to submit anywhere.

The DataFly app verifies your face, signature, mobile number, email automatically and stores the document in cloud. It neither stores nor shares any of your information.

To understand the working of this app, you have to follow some of the steps as follows - Once downloaded, users will have to let the app click your photograph. Using face detection technique, the system will make sure that the photo acquired is clear. After that, the user should hold the ID proof document in front of the camera. App should match person's photo with the photo in ID proof. Then, the app will fetch the GPS data to validate the closeness of the person with the address he has entered. Using OCR technology, the app will then extract text from address proof document automatically and match it with the address. Same will be the process for the user's signature taken from ID proof.

Lastly, as the whole combining & matching process is complete, a new document is generated as a single printable form (as shown in the image above) and it gets uploaded to the cloud. Any head office where you want to submit these documents can download it. You can download the App for free from #-Link-Snipped-#.
