PDF works the best. Abhishek Rawal is working on a template which he will share by tomorrow morning. We all can use his template or the one I've added in tutorials section of Resources manager.
In the mean time, you could start compiling the tips for Windows 7 in a Word Document. We'll turn it into PDF and then you can uploaded it to resources section

How to Rename Multiple Files in Once
Many of us have multiple files in hard drive. Most of them fed up to rename their multiple files. So here is the trick to rename multiple files in once.
In this trick the name will be same but all the files have continuous numbers with the file name.
* Select all the files you wish to rename. ( Use CTRL+A to select all the files or Hold CTRL key and select your files).
* After selecting the files press F2. (F2 is shortcut for rename).
* After that enter your file name and hit enter. Then you will see your selected all files will be renamed with continuous names.

To go forward a page <Alt+Right arrow key>
Its just a small tip,when reinstalling OS always export your bookmarks as well while you backup other data,it is the thing we usually forget.

to increase the speed of internet,in windows 7 there are many ports available.how can i identify the communication port???
I don't think with any software-side tweak you can see any major change in bandwidth of internet.
