Chokeless Carburator System For Increasing Fuel Efficiency

Project Abstract / Summary : Today there are so many vehicles which require choke for initial start up, when the engine is cold. Fuel vaporised less readily & tends to condense on the walls of intake main fold, starving the cylinder of the fuel & making the engine difficult of the start so to provide the extra fuel, the choke is typically used. This is device that restricts the flow of the air at enter to the carburator before the venture. This provides the rich mixture require sustaining operation at low engine temperature.

But there are so many engines in which choke is provided for efficient working for which extra fuel is needed, so we can say that while using choke extra fuel is utilised. Considering large amount of choke engine used in various systems. Fuel get wasted so in order to avoid this we are developing the system in which there is elimination of choke. These is done by self priming chokeless carburator having only throttle volve in the air well mixture conduct supplemented by relatively large priming well When the engine is not running priming well. fill with fuel to the level of fuel in the float bowl & when engine is cranked for starting supply of the fuel in well is drown of the main nozzle to supply rich mixture for starting . Also micro compressor is operating via micro controller to convert the small amount of fuel into gas.

Our project “Chokeless carburator system for increasing fuel efficiency”, provides a carburator which gives reliable starting within a relatively wide temperature range without necessity of choke. The concept works on conversion of liquid fuel into the gas form.

By using the system carburator will be modified. 1ml fuel is saved per choke. By using the system engine will be hassle free .By using this system starup time of vehicle will be only 5msec.

So unwanted annoyance of starting up of system can be removed.

This project provides an improved carburator which eliminates choke valve supplying enrichment fuel to the engine during starting & running under cold engine condition.It increases the fuel efficiency.

It works on the principle of conversion of petrol(liquid) into the gas form for hassle free combustion system.The contents are used in this project are as Micro compressor,Timmer System(µc) display for running program, TCI system, petrol tank, carburator,self,ignition coil etc are used . System is modified with a conversion of gas fumes by air mixture via micro compressor within a specific time . our project is innovative and the idea has been never applied anywhere.




Why did you choose to work on this project topic : As we see there is very limited stock of fuel in word.So we decide to make a which is use to save it.And we see that maximum fuel is wasted through our vehicle.that's why we choose this project topic.this system very useful
for any two wheelers.The idea is very interesting.system is also useful for domestics purpose.That is the reason to work on this idea.
