Cheers Devices Launches SMART STAR Smartphone At INR 2,999; Specs & Features

Cheers Global Ltd., a technology manufacturing company, backed by T. S. Joya, China (A Joya Group of Companies) has launched a new smartphone “SMART STAR” in India. The highlight of the phone is that it provides powerful features within an economical budget. Priced at Rs. 2999, the handset is available in all premium retail stores across the country. With SMART STAR, the company is targeting Indian youths through its combination of power-packed features in a dynamic design. The company claims that the device will offer a seamless multi-tasking experience with improved application and web performance with a simple and comfortable look and feel.

As far as the specifications are concerned, the phone flaunts a 4-inch WVGA display and runs on Android Kitkat 4.4. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz processor and supports multi-tasking enriching the graphic experience and multi app usage uninterruptedly. The dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) competent smartphone comes with an expandable memory up to 32 GB and sports a 5 MP rear Camera with LED Flash supported by a 2 MP front camera that allows you to take pictures in low light. Other features include Google Search, Maps, Gmail, YouTube, Calendar, Hangouts, Google Drive, Google Talk, Android Compatible Apps, Multi Language, Dolby AAC, and micro USB. It packs a Li-Ion 1500mAh battery and supports connectivity features like Bluetooth, 3G, WiFi. The phone is available in Gold, White and Black colors.
