Career Shift From Windows System Admin To Something Else

Hi, am working as a system admin in windows platform and working in a small company for past four years, i cant able to improve my skills and my salary also same for three years. while searching job for windows admin also, job are less. so planning to move for some other domain, can u recommend which is the best for me and for my career. now my age is 26...

    You haven't mentioned the reasons you are not able to improve your skills set. Take up a relevant course that is very relevant to your domain - it could be related to UNIX system administration or even network administration. You have already spent 4 years in this domain and it's too precious to let it go for a new domain which you are not sure of. I'd strongly recommend that you should fix the root cause - your skills set.

    Look for a relevant certification and then you should be able to switch to your dream company / career.
