    i can suggest few subjects like:
    1) 5 band equaliser
    2) relays,timers

    @bhadarathdasari... i have one that i made during my 3rd year in ECE... y not try it too? it is simple yet interesting. it is about an array of 5X7 LEDs that displays message using ardueno or zilog microcontrollers...
